Looking for a Florida outlet mall? Here you will find information for each mall in the different parts of Florida. As a short summary your best bet is to go to the Orlando (mid Florida) area or to the Sawgrass Mills mall close to Miami (south Florida). Especially for international brands like Armani, Boss or Prada this is one of the best places to get good outlet shopping deals! While there are other Florida outlet malls they do not offer the same selection as the two mentioned before.
For international shoppers flying in to Florida for some outlet shopping you should aim for either the Orlando (MCO), Ft Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA) airports. They are close to the largest Florida outlet malls so you have the biggest selection and you can reach the centers by public transport if needed.
You can find detailed information in the next chapters. The malls are divided by the different part of Florida they are in so just jump to the part you are currently in or want to visit.

North Florida Outlet Malls
Unfortunately there is not too much choice for outlet shopping in the north of Florida. There are two centers, one in the northwest in Destin close to Panama City and one in the northeast close to Jacksonville. Both concentrate on American brands and offer 85 or 110 shops respectively. For international fashion designer brands you should check out the malls in mid or south Florida.
Northwest Florida including the areas around Panama City and Pensacola has the Silver Sands Premium Outlets with 110 shops available in Destin. Available shops concentrate on American brands like Ralph Laureen, Coach, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole etc. More information can be found on the detailed guide. The address is:
10562 Emerald Coast Parkway
Destin, FL 32550
By car you can reach this Florida outlet mall via interstate I-10 and then going south on FL85 at exit 56. Shoppers already close to Ft Walton Beach or Pensacola can stay on Emerald Coast Pkwy east (FL98) as the I-10 would just be a detour. As the mall is not close to any major city public transport is not a recommended option. In case you want to try anyway and for detailed driving instructions check out the detailed outlet guide.
Shoppers in northeast Florida around Jacksonville can visit the St Augustine Premium Outlets. With 85 available shops this Florida outlet mall is slightly smaller compared to the Silver Sands however you still have a good selection of mainly American brands. Examples include Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren and Coach. A more detailed list can be found in the detailed outlet guide. In case you are looking for more and international brand outlets you consider the 90 minute trip south to Orlando (see next chapter). The address of the mall is
2700 State Road 16
St. Augustine, FL 32092
To reach the outlet by car take I-95 south from Jacksonville to exit 318 and turn right to Fl 16 west. From the sout take either I-4 or I-95 to exit 316 on I-95, pass under the interstate and follow the direction to Green Cove Springs. Your only option to arrive cia public transportation is a Greyhound station in St Augustine. More information on this and detailed driving instructions can be found in the detailed outlet guide.
Middle Florida Outlet Malls (Orlando area)
Shoppers in the Orlando area have one of the selection of Florida outlet malls available. There are basically two outlets:
The Orlando Premium outlet at Vineland Ave focusses mainly on international brands, in total 150 stores are available. Most of the big international labels have a store in this Florida outlet mall so you can brand up from Armani to Zegna. There is of course also a big selection of American labels available including Tory Burch, Coach, Kenth Cole and many more.
The address of the mall is
8200 Vineland Avenue
Orlando, FL 32821
Coming from Orlando downtown go on I-4 west to exit 68, then take Route 535 to go to Vineland Ave. You can also arrive by public transport, either shuttle busses from nearby hotels or the I-Ride Trolley. Detailed information on how to get there and shopping tips can be found in our guide.
The Orlando Premium Outlets on International Dr is slightly larger with 180 outlet shops. The main focus here is on American brands as the only international labels are Hugo Boss and Ted Baker London. For shopperslooking for international brands the Vineland Avenue clearly is the better choice. In case you are looking for American brands however this is the place to go in middle Florida! The shop listing reads like the who is who of the US fashion scene with names like Polo Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Coach, DKNY, Calvin Klein, Kate Spade New York and Victoria’s Secret just to name a few.
The address of this outlet is
4951 International Drive
Orlando, FL 32819
From Orlando the outlet is on I-4 west, leave on 75a and go left on International Drive. Follow the road, the outlet is on the north end of International Dr. As this outlet is close to the one on Vineland Ave you can also either use shuttle busses from the hotels or again the I-Ride Trolley. The trolley actually connects the two outlets, they are at stop #1 and stop #42 respectively. Details on this outlet can be found in out guide here.
South Florida Outlet Malls (Miami area)
The main choice for the Miami or Ft Lauderdale area is the Sawgrass Mills mall. This is the largest outlet mall in Florida with more than 350 outlet stores. Sawgrass Mills covers everything from international fashion designers to American brands. Some of the labels here like Prada, Gucci, or Diane von Furstenberg are not found on many other Florida outlet malls! You can easily spend days in the mall so this is our recommendation for international shoppers.
The address of the Sawgrass Mills mall is
12801 W Sunrise Blvd,
Sunrise, FL 33323-4020
From Miami take the I-75 north and merge to Sawgrass Expressway (FL-869 N) at the intersection with I-595. The mall is on the first exit of Sawgrass Expressway, follow Sunrise Boulevard until you see the mall on the left side. From Ft Lauderdale use I-95 south, then go on I-595 and take exit 1A to NW 136th Ave. Follow this road until you see the mall on the right side.
Public transport to the mall is available by privately operated shuttle busses from hotels in the area and by bus lines from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. You can find information on the public transport as well as more detailed driving directions on our guide for this mall.
There two more Florida outlet malls in the south, the Florida Keys Outlet Center in the Florida keys and the Tanger outlet in Ft Myers. Both offer around 50 shops with mainly American labels so especially for international brands the Sawgrass Mills is the preferred choice.
